Welcome to ResinWorks. By accessing or purchasing from ResinWorks (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. DEFINITIONS
Customer/You/Your – Any individual or business that visits, browses, purchases from, or interacts with ResinWorks.
Products – All resin art, finished pieces, custom orders, and related items sold on resinworksco.com or by ResinWorks.
Order – Any purchase placed for Products, including custom orders, pre-orders, and bulk orders.
2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESSING
2.1 All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ResinWorks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspicion of fraud.
2.2 Custom orders require explicit approval of design, dimensions, and pricing before production begins. ResinWorks will not start custom work until confirmation is received.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order. ResinWorks is not responsible for delays or mistakes caused by incorrect customer information.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
3.1 Prices are listed in USD/JMD (select as applicable) and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Sales tax, duties, and customs fees may apply based on shipping destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
3.3 A deposit of 50% must be made at the time of Order. ResinWorks reserves the right to cancel or suspend an Order if payment fails or is declined.
4. CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN APPROVALS
4.1 For custom Products, ResinWorks will provide mockups, measurements, and price estimates.
4.2 No work begins until the customer approves and signs off on the design and accepts the quote.
4.3 Custom designs, colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from mockups due to the handmade nature of resin art.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. ResinWorks is not liable for carrier delays.
5.2 Once shipped, tracking info will be provided. ResinWorks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after pickup by the shipping carrier.
5.3 International customers are responsible for customs, duties, or import fees.
5.4 Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
6.1 Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6.2 Custom Products: Custom and personalised Products are FINAL SALE and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
6.3 If a Product arrives damaged or defective, please contact ResinWorks within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos). Upon verification, ResinWorks may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
6.4 Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
7. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All resin artwork, photos, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, and proprietary designs created by ResinWorks remain the intellectual property of ResinWorks.
7.2 Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use ResinWorks’ designs and images for commercial use without written consent.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
8.1 ResinWorks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose of any Product.
8.2 Because resin artwork is handmade, minor imperfections, bubbles, slight imperfections in color, or variation in size/finish are not considered defects.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResinWorks and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Products or this site.
10. PRIVACY & DATA
ResinWorks collects and uses personal information for the purpose of fulfilling Orders, customer communication, and compliance with legal obligations. Your information will not be shared without consent except as required for shipping, taxes, or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
ResinWorks may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
